Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InboxTrim ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

InboxTrim is an email management service that helps you organize, clean, and manage your Gmail inbox. Our Service includes:

• Smart email bundling and categorization
• Bulk email actions (delete, archive, label)
• One-click unsubscribe functionality
• Sender analysis and insights
• Automated cleanup rules

Account Registration

To use InboxTrim, you must:

• Have a valid Google/Gmail account
• Grant InboxTrim access to your Gmail account via OAuth
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

The free plan includes access to all features with a limit of 1,000 synced emails. No payment is required for the free plan.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $9.95 USD. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• Your account will revert to the free plan after the billing period ends

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission

Email Actions and Liability

Important: When you use InboxTrim to delete, archive, or modify emails, these actions are performed on your actual Gmail account and may be irreversible.

• Deleted emails are moved to Gmail's Trash and will be permanently deleted by Google after 30 days
• You are solely responsible for reviewing emails before taking bulk actions
• We recommend using Gmail's built-in backup features before performing large-scale deletions

InboxTrim is not liable for any loss of emails or data resulting from your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InboxTrim and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your email content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your email metadata as necessary to provide the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. InboxTrim makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The operation or availability of the Service
• The accuracy or completeness of any information
• The results obtained from using the Service
• The security of data transmitted through the Service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxTrim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Loss of emails or email data
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data before termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which InboxTrim operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
